  • Returns are only accepted for items that have manufacturer errors or defects.
  • All return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be in their original condition, including packaging, tags, and labels.
  • Items that do not fit are not returnable unless the incorrect size was sent.

2. How to Request a Return

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at alienatureclothing@gmail.com.
  • Provide your order number and a detailed description of the manufacturer error or defect.
  • Our team will guide you through the return process.

3. Return Process

  • If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label.
  • Pack the item securely, including all original packaging and tags.
  • Ship the item back to us. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges are not available at this time.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that do not meet the return eligibility criteria, including items not purchased directly from Alienature or items that are worn, washed, or damaged by the customer, are not eligible for return.
  • Items that do not fit are not returnable unless the incorrect size was sent.
